The character in this picture is Ume Kimiko Metallium,
a friend's OC who happens to be Xellos Metallium's (form Slayers)
offspring (gotta love mazoku -- they reproduce asexually). Because
of the lovely interpersoanl dynamics of mazoku, she addresses him
as Xellos-sama (Lord Xellos). One of my other friends was imitating
her, and I thought of Excel from Excel Saga. Hence the costume and
pose. Xellos isn't quite sure what to make of it.
